If you have hundreds of blog posts on your site, then you can turn on the multipage option to make the index more manageable. This example sets the number of items per pages to 20, resulting in a five page index. Oh, and a couple more options were used to include unused characters in the links and to spread them over two lines, and the index is also using the azindex_page_links filter to substitute the normal page links with a set of custom styled ones (supplied by WordPress, no less!).
